Return Period: You may return any product within 3 days of delivery.

Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags attached. Items damaged through misuse or after use are not eligible.

Refunds & Exchanges: If the product is defective or damaged, or if an incorrect item was delivered, we will offer you the option of a refund or exchange.

Return Shipping Costs: If the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect product), we will bear the cost of return shipping. For returns for other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refund will be made to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Non-Refundable / Exclusions: Sale items, items not in original condition, or hygiene items once opened (if applicable) are not eligible for refund.
